Today we toured Echo Lake Beach, Southwest Harbor, Bass Harbor, and Beach Hill Road and Mountain. The day was sunny and low 80's. At the lighthouse we were enveloped in fog and a bit cooler. The water at Echo Lake Beach was no colder than our ocean in the spring. Beautiful country around here. The terrain changes every few miles. The towns are all quaint with beautiful old churches.
