Arrived today at the KOA Woodlands right next door to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. We have a nice little spot in the woods complete with fire ring and picnic table. It was 81 degrees today, and it is supposed to go down in the high 50's at night. The bath house and pool are very close to us. They even have a portable Diner 200 steps down who cooks you a lobster dinnah (as they call it here) complete with corn on the cob and cole slaw for $18.25 every night from 5pm to 8pm to take back to your camper. Breakfast on the weekends are reasonable and we can walk to get it fresh. Hope to go whale watching and tour Acadia National park over the next few days. Pricey, but what the heck, we are on vacation after all!
